Every single watch comes with the certificate of authenticity from the original manufacturer.

All watches and jewellery supplied by AATime.com is covered by the respective manufacturers warranty. Should you have any warranty work - we issue an AATime.com warranty card that mirrors the warranty of the manufacturers, which is 2 years on every single item we sell. Warranty repairs cover movement (the actual mechanism of the watch) as well as other more specific items that varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Warranty repairs do NOT COVER scratches, battery life, bracelet/strap defects or any issues arising from wear and tear. Simply return the product to us and we will have it repaired/rectified for you under warranty.
No. We chose to not be authorised dealers. The reason for this is that we would not be able to sell the product on the internet and would have to maintain RRP Pricing structures.. In the interest of being able to gain a competitive advantage we therefore set up AATime.com as NON AUTHORISED dealers to sell ALL our watches at significant discounts over RRP/High Street.
As we are an online retailer it is incredibly difficult to be able to size watches. Should you require this service- take the watch to a reputable high street jeweller and they can do this for you. There may be a charge for this service.
Yes - We would request that you clearly note this on your order- It is also incredibly important that you advise us if you wish us to seal the gift wrap- as some customers have asked to look at the piece prior to giving it as a present.

Yes, We use Fed–Ex to ship internationally. Charges vary and will depand on where in the world it is being shipped. Prices start from £29 but an exact quote will be given once the weight and size of the box and destination are known.
We have been instructed by our bank that due to security issues and verification of Non–UK registered credit cards – we are only able to accept “Direct Bank Payments” for orders placed by customers outside the UK & Ireland.
We can only deliver to the registered card holders address. If we have written authority that you wish to take delivery to a work address, then we can deliver to work. This is subject to our security department's consent on a case by case scenario.
Our Customer Service Centre does not hold any stock- Should you wish to collect it will be by special arrangement.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which are guaranteed and insured by them to arrive for 1pm. For an additional £12.50 you can upgrade to pre 9am delivery.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you do not like the watch once you receive it, you may return it for a FREE exchange to any other piece that you like. We also offer a refund (subject to certain criteria as in our terms and conditions of supply) if you require.
We offer a NO Quibble EXCHANGE AND REFUND policy for 7 days from the date of purchase should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We simply ask that the watch is returned to us in "pristine" condition with all tags, covers, straps in tact. ALL returned items are checked on return. Please see our detailed returns policy here
