Delivery Options

All of our products are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Special Delivery WITHIN THE UK & NORTHERN IRELAND, so will arrive before 1pm following the day of dispatch. For each product, there is time of dispatch mentioned of between 4 to 20 days or guaranteed next day delivery.

4-20 days

Any item with the 4-20 days icon next to it will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, so it will arrive before 1pm the following day of dispatch.

All shipments will be shipped from our Distribution Center in the UK with traceable service. You will receive our tracking number when your package is shipped from our distribution center. We will advise you via email or phone if there is any delay in arrival. We always endeavour to deliver as soon as possible and in order to give you an indication of the likely time for delivery, we place bands (4-20 days) on projected delivery times. These bands are approximate and are to give you an indication of likely delivery times. We will confirm exact details once your order has been accepted and processed by our team.

Wear It Tomorrow

Next day delivery is exactly what it says. If you order before 2pm, we will dispatch your watch via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive before 1pm the following day.

All "Next day" deliveries are only guaranteed to be dispatched if the product is ordered through our website and authorised by our system by 2.00pm on the day of receipt of order. If additional information is required we will contact you as soon as possible after we receive the order. We want to get your watch to you as speedily as you want to receive it, so we are working towards the same aims!! If you have any special requirements please call us, we will be delighted to help.

Checking order status

You can check your order status by going into your account online to view the status of your order and tracking number. If you are not a member of AATime, but have purchased, you will be sent the tracking number in an e-mail after it is dispatched.

What days do you delivery?

All items are delivered before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. If you order on a Friday after 2pm, it will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on the Tuesday.

What if I order multiple items?

We welcome multiple orders. Depending on the stock situation at the time we will ask you if you wish to have both pieces dispatched at once or under separate cover as and when they arrive in stock. Either way we can send the pieces together or as and when they become available.

Restrictions

Postal code and recipient's land line telephone number are required in your shipping address. Delivery ONLY made to physical addresses and strictly NO P.O. Box or mailbox addresses.

All deliveries must be made to a physical address and NO P.O. Box or mailbox addresses will be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or import taxes, if they apply to your country (This does not apply to UK customers).
