At AATime, we understand that choosing your ideal watch is of great importance to you, which is why we offer a 7 days no quibbles returns policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, AAtime.com offer a no quibble refund policy subject to the watch being returned to us within 7 working days. The first day is the day the goods are received.
We are happy to exchange all defective items or give a refund of the cost of the goods. Any exchanges due to a customer requiring a different size or product will incur an additional delivery charge of £7.95.
Returns authorisations (for refund or exchange) in order to comply with the Distance selling regulations must be requested IN WRITING to our customer services department. You may call us to inform us on 01442 818075 BUT actionable instructions must be made in writing. We will then e-mail or post to you a returns document, which you should complete and return with the goods. Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 7 days of receipt of your returns document. Any returns or exchanges falling outside these terms will be refused. Any returns without authorisation may also be refused. .
Returns + exchanges must be as new, with all original packaging material, unused and unfilled warranty cards and instruction booklets.
All items returned are closely inspected by our quality control department. A report of the condition of the item is passed on to our customer services department so a refund can be given where appropriate.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the items being returned. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods
You are entitled to return the item for refund in the following circumstances:
- If the item ordered is not delivered (the items unique model number and description as used on your order confirmation will be used to confirm the item ordered)
- If the item is faulty or damaged in any way
We recommend that you check the exact specifications of your order prior to placing it to ensure you order exactly what you want; as mistakes (by you) cannot be rectified later.
We recommend you ship your goods prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as Royal Mail to our returns center.
