I purchased a watch (a lovely Raymond Weil W1 automatic) from your company as a present for my father’s birthday and have been so impressed with the service I have received that I thought you should know.
First of all the watch itself is even better than it looked on your website and was very much a bargain at the price I paid.
I ordered the watch late on Tuesday night and like most internet purchases I thought that would be the end of it until I received the watch in the post.
However I was suprised to get a telephone call the next day thanking me for my order and also checking all of my details. This I thought was very good as it ensured that my order was correct and also let me know personally that my watch was about to be posted to me and when it should arrive. I was even asked if the following day was okay for delivery as it could be posted on a different day if that was more suitable.
Anyway as promised my wife received the package today whilst I was work.
When I got home I was looking the watch over and noticed that the instruction booklet supplied was incorrect (it was for a quartz watch instead of an automatic).
This actually didn’t bother me as you even supply your own instructions in the box as well but literally ten minutes after I noticed this I received another telephone call from your company to apologise as by accident the wrong booklet had been supplied with my watch and this had just been noticed by your dispatch. The girl then told me that the correct booklet was going to be posted out to me in time for the weekend. This particularly impressed me as most companies would wait for the customer to complain rather than telephoning to point out their mistake, apologising and then fixing the mistake without even being asked.
As my shopping experience has been so good I thought you should know what an excellent service your staff are providing.
I’ll certainly be recommending your company to all of my friends and family as well as on a few internet chatrooms I frequent for both your prices and more importantly the service your company provides which is exceptional for an internet purchase. I’ll also make sure and review my shopping experience on your website.

Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to deal with the top man at the company!
I ordered the Raymond Weil Tango Round Diamond watch yesterday morning after speaking with Louise (as there was a query with the diameter of the watch - however this was quickly cleared up) and received it this morning.
I am highly delighted with both the watch - fantastic quality and just as described - well packaged, fas delivery and great customer service. Running an internet business myself I appreciate that excellent customer service is paramount as well as having a quality product at great prices.
The only very minor observation I would have is that the date on the watch said the 3rd and not the 4th - presumably due to the recent clock change.

You may also be interested to note that I first saw the watch on Amazon, however I found you on the web and bought from you direct (hence saving you the 15% that Amazon take from you!). I have to admit that I can’t recall ever writing to a supplier in this vain before but I felt an overwhelming need to write and thank you and your staff for such a pleasurable experience having just purchased a Raymond Weil watch for my wife's 40th birthday.
Needless to say, I was relatively nervous about purchasing such a costly item outside of an "Authorized Dealer" but my concerns were soon quelled from the first telephone call I received at 08:40 a.m. to conform the order the day after ordering the watch on your internet site at 21:00 the previous evening.
I had some issues with my card payment authorisation, as the card I was using had become dormant, but this was handled quickly and professionally. The communication was responsive and reassuring and the goods arrived as promised with all Raymond Weil packing, original documentation and the day after order as promised (09:05 a.m.)!
I have to say that I very rarely come across a company that "delivers on its promise" but yours certainly lives up to this commitment. My wife is "over the moon" and I am extremely thankful for such a seamless and, dare I say it, enjoyable transaction with AATime.com.
Your impeccable service is a ‘breathe of fresh air’ and is sincerely appreciated. Keep up the good work and please covey my thanks to the staff that dealt with my order who I believe were (Louise and Shirley). I may have got their names wrong but would really appreciate it if you could take the time to identify the individuals involved in both my original order and follow-up from the card authorisation issue.

I just wanted to send you this e-mail to say how delighted I was when I received my TAG Heuer watch. People are quick to complain when they get poor service and rightly so but they never seem to say anything when the service is good.
I have just got a cheque from the merger of my building society and I decided to treat myself to a watch that I have always wanted. The problem was that there were two models that I liked and I was also a bit worried about spending this sort of money over the internet but I need not have worried. The watch arrived and it was absolutely superb. In fact I was so pleased that I decided to get the other one that I really liked as well and it arrived today.
There is one more that I would love and when I can afford it I will definitely be buying from you again.
